0x00000709 is a blue screen of death (BSoD) stop error code, it usually occurs when you try to share and connect your printer devices, or after failed Windows and program update, or while setting your new printer as default printer. Once you have this error, you can't print Word docs, note pad, web pages, images, etc.

Google search results show the 0x709 error usually appears in Epson 3540, HP 1310, Epson Stylus cx6400, HP Deskjet 2510, Epson WorkForce 633, Canon MG3150, HP Pavilion 5210, Canon MG2260, HP Officejet, Dell 1235cn MFP, Brother MFC-6490CW, HP Photosmart 6510, Brother HL-2170W, HP LaserJet 1018 and Lexmark X6675 printers.

How to fix 0x00000709?

The cause of the error 0x00000709 is DLL files supporting printer device driver is missing or corrupt, so you can try to reinstall the latest drivers to repair the problems.

If you have HP or Epson printer installed, you can use DLL Tool to fix this error. This is because the driver files for these 2 kinds of printers are defaultly introduced during Windows installation, DLL Tool will download and replace these files, thus to fix your printer errors. You can open C:\Windows\System32\DriverStore\FileRepository and check the files starting with EP and HP. For example, EP0LB04A.DLL and HPBOIDPS.DLL.

If other printers, please visit the official site of your printers, download the latest drivers and install them. Also, you can use driver download and update software Driver Mechanic to do that for you.
